Wait List
In order to provide quality care, We like to keep low class sizes. This means that our rooms fill up quickly and that we have a wait list.
A non-refundable $50.00 wait list fee is required and will be applied towards the $175.00 Registration Fee upon enrollment.
Please fill out the wait list form and mail with the wait list fee to: Chapin Baptist Child Development Center, PO Box 640, Chapin, SC 29036.

New classrooms that open in August and March of each year will require tuition fees on the date that the classrooom opens regardless of the child’s actual start date. We will be unable to hold spots for children not in attendance without tuition collection.

Tuition fees are used to provide the highest possible quality care and early childhood educational environment for your child. Tuition payments are due on Friday for the upcoming week. Payment is required regardless of attendance. Tuition outstanding (as of Monday at 6:00 p.m.) of that current week will be considered past due and a past due, penalty of $25.00 per child per day will be charged to the account. Outstanding tuition payments not received by the following Monday will result in termination of enrollment as of Monday of the second week.
The Details
All accounts must be in good standing for re-enrollment and promotion for each session. The collection of accounts remaining in arrears upon leaving the Center will be pursued through other means. Please remember the CBCDC closes promptly at 6:00 pm. Late charges will be applied beginning at 6:00 pm. This charge will be added to your weekly fee. Late charges will accumulate until the child is physically picked up and leaves the premises.
Once a child has attended CBCDC for 1 full year, they will recieve 1 week absentee credit.
